We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the helpful staff, delicious breakfast, convenient location near transportation and plenty of outlets. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Room service was prompt and professional.

Stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was wonderful! the staff was so friendly and welcoming. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food choices. the location was perfect! Just a short walk from the train station and close to many shops and restaurants. Lastly, the room was clean, cozy, and had a great view of the city.

The onsen has one cultural caveat: tattooed people are not allowed in, which is a shame for those with tattoos.

I had a fantastic sleep at Super Hotel thanks to the pillow menu and complimentary kimonos provided. The staff understood English well and were extremely helpful in assisting with our bags, providing information about the area, and giving us directions. The breakfast was superb and the facilities were just right for our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
